26 days till the Perth Heat home opener.  I can wait that long easy enough, probably wont watch any baseball before then though...

4 wins in a row in the post season, followed by 4 losses in a row.  Shouldn’t happen to the rotation the Astros have.
There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese.

Facing a 108 win Red Sox team, with a manager who knew all of our players and coaches like he did, just adds to the litany of bad luck this season.

Auckland has a team this year. So does Geelong. I guess adding teams means the league is doing well.

The national comp has had a few ups and downs over the years, including shutting down for a number of years.  WA is problematic, some great teams come out of the west but the travel adds considerable cost to a semi professional league.

Geelong should be interesting, they will be a Korean team based in Geelong apparently.  The Asian style of baseball is fun, we get to see a variety of Asian teams when they visit to play warm up games ahead of international tournaments.  As for the Auckland team, I guess we will just have to lock up our sheep when they re in town...

This sucks.

Point of order. The Void starts after the last out of the WS.

The Void sucks.

It sucks just a little less with Nate's pinned Important Dates 2018-2019 Offseason thread to carry us thru.
