I’m elated that first pitch isn’t after 9 pm local.

I never was under the impression Tucker is as fast as the PBP guy says he is.

Nice job by Yuli.

I was flummoxed by how many throws he drew over to first base.

I think Tucker paused initially to make sure the ball wasn't caught.  From the replay looked like 3B had time to scramble to the bag but of course he doesn't know that after laying out.

Nicely turned dp.  Did not think they'd get the out at first when Marwin had to wait on that high hop.

He isn’t slow though. He had 14 steals at AAA.

Need to do some vaunting here for JV. Would be a nice change for JV while he is on the mound.

It was particularly clutch because it results in trout leading off the next inning instead of hitting with a runner on and 2 outs.

3 ABs after the double, not a threatening swing among them.

It looked like George missed the 1-1 pitch by a couple of feet.

He wasn't very close on the 3rd strike either.

JV smoked Valbuena to escape a situation with runners on 2nd and 3rd. Valbuena’s eyebrows may be singed.

That AB went from the deep foul ball in left (almost an out,  almost a double) to Josh dusting himself off to that blast to right.

Yeah, that was a poor at bat. Watch a gut fastball go by and then swings at 2 out of the zone.

I agree. I know he doesn’t hit for power like you want from a corner fielder but dammit he can do almost everything else. He can play everyday as far as I’m concerned.
