I haven't read the J.J. Watt portion yet, but the Altuve article is pretty good.
As we were going into the playoffs, the most prescient thing I read was a quip by some pudnit that America would fall in love with Jose Altuve. Surely did.
ETA: Joe Posnanski was the pudnit.
