Buckle up, boys. One way or another, we’re in for a hell of a night.

I believe there ought to be a constitutional amendment outlawing AstroTurf and the designated hitter. I believe in the sweet spot, soft-core pornography, opening your presents Christmas morning rather than Christmas Eve and I believe in long, slow, deep, torture of Bud Selig.

Wow.  Gotta hand it to Hinch, he sticks by his players.  Reddick really needs to sit, probably more so in game 6.

Let's hope he becomes the hero!

Reddick is better against RHP, but kind of not good in 28 AB against Darvish. I'm sure we will see a lot more than Darvish tonight, though I suspect he will hang in there a while. Go Astros!

Greatest night of my life, since the Journey concert with Sherry in 1986.

Had to go get Love Street and Macallan 12. But I'm getting tuned up now. Got a special Habana puro I've been saving, and it's getting smoked no matter what happens.

Release the hounds!

With the pitcher hitting and Marwin and Reddick struggling the deep Astros lineup seems pretty short.

I am hoping JR keeps his head in the swing and goes the other way --- been most effective that way.

Cheers!

I've got Lost Gold IPA and Tullamore Dew, with a La Gloria Cubana Maduro for the finish.

No. He got us here. He deserves to play.

As coach in another sport, I tend to agree with you here.  Dance with what brought ya.

But, there is a small argument that a different look or personality or even a rookie like Fisher might put together a few good AB's -- then again maybe not.

I definitely defer to you JRaup!  Its been a while (about 5 years I suspect) since responding to your posts -  I hope you and son are well!

Go Stros

Changing the lineup for game 7 of the WS is crazy. This order has raked before, it can do it again.

Team slogans rarely bear any resemblance to the actual team or the season.

No so this year. The Astros have earned every damn thing they've got this year, and a World Championship will definitely have to be earned in L.A.

Let's go get 'em!

Good grief.

1-4 with a 2B.  He's hitting .143 for the series. I hope he hits the game-winner.
