I wish there was a Buck mute because I do like to hear Smoltz. STFU Joe.
If you ever figure out how... let me know

That 74 curve followed by the 89 high FB is brutal.

Oswaltian.

Marwin takes a ball high,  then a curveball drops in for a high strike,  another just misses,  takes hittable FB, then a close ball 3 (it was a ball), then Ks swinging on a low breaker.

Buck prematurely unloaded in his pants expecting a strike out on a pitch 4 inches off the plate.

Altuve takes a strike,  misses a curveball,  then Ks on a pitch at eye level.

2 outs.

Pretty serious uppercuts on all of them, like he's hoping to be on the same trajectory as the curve.

Marwin hasn’t been the same since the third kid dropped.

Time to ask yourself, Marwin, How much do you want that ring?

When the pitcher in the booth says it's a ball, it's a ball and it's probably not that close

Hill needs to get knocked out of that rhythm.

Hill needs to get knocked out of that rhythm.

We had the chance to have him questioning his existence in the first inning, and then Bregman popped up. Not great.

Is Peyton a guest of Crane's?  Get him an Astros hat.

They don't make them that big.

Bottom 2

Verlanderto Bellinger: ball 1 high/outside,  strike 1 on a foul tip FB, fouls strike 2 back,  there Ks swinging on a beauty of a curve.

1 out.

Puig swings/misses on any eye high FB, takes 2 more for balls,  ball 3 is a FB just outside,  gets jammed and pops out to Yuli just past first base.

2 out

Peterson takes a ball,  fouls off the next pitch,  watches another nice curve catch/ scrape the outside, and Ks looking at an off speed pitch near the same spot.

End 2
Astros 0
Dodgers 0

Not getting that outside corner tonight.

It was apparently open for negotiation

Can Verlander bunt better than Keuchel?
