JESUS FUCKING CHRIST!

First Yankee strike of the game. 6 inches off the plate strike 1 to Yuli. Fucking brutal.

I'm not as anti-buck as some of you but one of his more annoying tendencies to me is how his voice immediately goes up a half-octave when someone lifts a lazy pop fly.

T2:

Gurriel takes ball one high...takes strike one 4 inches off the plate...fouls off a pitch at his shoulders...fouls off the curveball...takes ball two of the plate...grounds out 5-3

That 5-3 was the greatest 5-3 to ever happen.

The HPUs in Yankee Stadium are campaigning for the introduction of robot Umps.

No other third baseman in history could have made that play.

T2:

Bregman takes ball one...takes a meatball for strike one...foul tip on another meatball...ball two bounces...fouls off another curveball...rolls one down the LF line, Frazier lets it roll and it goes foul just a few feet before 3B...foul...Bregman battling...still 2-2...ball high...fills it up...foul...grounds out 6-3

I love NASA, the space programs history,  it's association with Houston and the Astros.  I love  the Apollo 13 movie.

But ENOUGH WITH THE STUPID 'PROBLEM' QUOTES.

Did he really say tough play?

Every MLB SS makes that play 98% of the time.

He obviously saw someting we didn't.

Only Judge could have held him to a double.

Judge's jog to the corner was unparalleled in all of baseball.

Gray has thrown less than 10 strikes.  How is Beltran only the 2nd baserunner?
