I couldn't tell if he misplayed it or if it was an outfield shift where he was playing close to the line, marisnick was shaded over into RCF and Reddick was shaded over towards the left field foul line.

Last night Reddick was way the fuck off the line for no apparent reason. And he seemed unusually slow getting to the ball. Tonight he was positioned normally but expected a carom that didn't happen.

I just went back and watched it.  I don't think he was being nonchalant.  It looked like he pulled up a bit waiting for the carom but the ball went straight up.

Who does? The problem with starters missing games, as you know, is that it wears the bullpen thin and creates a need to choose between bad options. I guess they could just get rid of Sipp. Anyway, Tony Sipp isn't the reason the Royals keep beating the Astros.
