Correa sent back to Houston with shoulder inflammation, didn't know that was contagious. Dang the injuries.

The bright side of life is that Baltimore lost to Tampa already today and the White Sox scored 4 in the bottom of the eighth to take a 7-4 lead over the Tigers.

Damn, the hitting coach sure did ruin Bregman.

I don't even know who Jandel Gustave and Kevin Chapman are, but I assume that if they're pitching, it's not a good thing.
The rules of distinction were thrown out with the baseball cap.  It does not lend itself to protocol.  It is found today on youth in homes, classrooms, even in fine restaurants.  Regardless of its other consequences, this is a breach against civility.  A civilized man should avoid this mania.

Fister may have been the Astros' best pitcher in the 1st half but post-A/S break has the ugly, ugly 5.19 ERA and 1.59 WHIP.

I don't care much for the Chapman fellow but Mr. Gustave looks like a keeper.

I haven't seen Chapman enough to have an opinion (other than I didn't like that double he just gave up), but I think Gustave is going to be valuable.

That swing was like a Freddy Couples swing. Smooth, the club/bat just swishes through the zone, and then the ball explodes out of there.

The Cleveland fans were chanting Jerry Springer while George batted. For some reason that made me laugh.

He called a pitch two inches closer to the plate a ball on the next pitch.

One of these things is not like the other.
