3 up 3 down for Fister as he gives up a  2-out 2b to Marte who is out trying to stretch it to 3rd. Called out on the replay after appearing to be safe. Valbuena placed the tag right on his coconut as he slid in. Marte also seemed to be shaken a bit. Gomez made the nice throw.

I don't think that's an error, just an out at second.

I'm not sure you can have an error without a runner reaching or, in this case, advancing. But I really don't know.

No error should be charged here. The rule book, at least the professional one, specifically addresses this situation and states that no error is charged for a dropped ball if the fielder recovers in time to get a force out.
