would you have kept sipp in last night
« on: June 21, 2016, 11:25:04 am »
my daughter and i were listening to the game and could see that grand slam coming.  i think it was the hitters first and maybe the first for the angels this year.
in the end the astros did win and i know that is what counts but was it a good decision to leave him in?
forever is composed entirely of nows

they did not keep him in.
Often wrong, but never in doubt.

I'm with Jim on this, not sure what you're asking since they did take him out. Do you mean to ask if he should have been taken out after he struck out Perez?

Against my better judgment, I'll bite. Hinch gave Sipp several hitters, only one of whom were put out, before yanking him in favor of Neshek. Hinch probably gave Sipp a longer rope given the score at the time, i.e., pre-grand slam.
