Every bit of Co-ard failure is delicious to me.
That's pretty much how it's shaking out for me as well. I went in not choosing a side but quickly remembered how much I hate the Jakes.
I guess I'm weird, but I just cannot pull for Boston. I have a grudging respect for St. Louis, and I'd rather see a National League victory over any American League team other than the Astros, so I'm pulling for the Cardinals.
I can't stand either of them. I watch hoping both will lose.
Boston is sucking on sour grapes if they think that interference should not have been called.
In the very little that I have watched I have seen some remarkably poor baseball.
Matheny made the Wong choice for a pinch runner last night.
You got that right. Allen Craig wouldn't have been picked off. That run was meaningless. Why take a chance?
If Wainwright doesn't pitch his ass off the Cards are in trouble.
I have enjoyed this WS a lot.
If the curveball does hang, the batter will bang.
Great. The Red Sox are going to wrap this up tonight and I've seen something like two at-bats of the whole Series. Faaaaaantastic.
Welcome to the Hot Stove League and the Void.
Void? Perth Heat had their home opener last night and hammered Sydney 8 - 0. The night was warm, the beer was cold and the baseball was fantastic. Most ABL games are streamed on the net if you need to a live baseball fix. It isn't MLB but it is live baseball!
Link?
Hey, they're pretty good announcers. No chance of them coming to Houston is there?
And Perth wins the ABL Championship!
