He could very well be a shit bag, but there's also this thing called not knowing right now if this is indeed the case regarding the charges.  I don't read everything, but I never heard him refered to as a "character guy."

Career over?  You know better than that.  Bobby Cox is still managing.  Julio Lugo is still pulling $10M/yr.  Wil Cordero played for 9 years more.  Go outside baseball, and you get many, many more examples of such shitbags.

I agree. If a lawyer puts it in a lawsuit, that's good enough for me - case closed.
There isn't even the remotest possibility that the lawyer who filed the lawsuit
