Andy - you now have your new tag to describe SnS:

"Where Astros fans come to fight like hell... about Astros fighting like hell."
I believe there ought to be a constitutional amendment outlawing AstroTurf and the designated hitter. I believe in the sweet spot, soft-core pornography, opening your presents Christmas morning rather than Christmas Eve and I believe in long, slow, deep, torture of Bud Selig.

You're going to have to talk about Runeylvs Hernandez.  Is he a good help for the long run or a huge gamble/lightning in a bottle gamble like most of this season's acquisitions have proven to be?  (Most of them bad)

The Astros currently have only 224 walks as a team.  This puts them in 28th place, only ahead of the Angels and the Royals.  When Morgan Ensberg left, did he take the team's batting patience with him?  They don't seem to be working the count at all.

Dan Haren and the D-Backs beat Beckett 2-1 at Fenway earlier this week. It can be done.

Well, if you could just learn to pronounce panini properly there would not have been a problem.

Dog fighting...

Excellent!

It was great timing by my sister's dog.  I was walking him to the park (I'm in town visiting sis and getting some R&R), for alone time and also bust off a call to the show.  While I'm on the phone, I'm letting him run around.  Well he found a friend who soon became a running buddy.  Somewhere in the middle of the call, they start to argue about something.  Too busy talking to Dale and Raheel to notice (I feel like Mark Loretta all of a sudden).  Then, before I know it, Tigger is barking at said "other dog".  What the hell... look, I'm no Cesar Milano (is that the Dog Whisperer's name?), but I understand dog bark enough to know that Tigger is going Chacon on the other dog (who ironically is smaller and did resemble Ed Wade... if Wade was a chihuahua).  I can tell Tigger is saying "You don't know me like that... dawg!", so I have to hang up and do my best Abercrombie and pull Tigger off Wade... errr... little You Quiero Taco Bell.  It's not that hard since Tigger is a schnauzer.

Too bad too... I had some things to opine about the Wade/Chacon cage fight, but I had my own real world experience to deal with at the time.

Cooper must have listened to the show today.  Pence has been moved to the 2 hole.  Followed by a real BLT--Berkman, Lee, Tejada.

It's the right move.  Coop knew it but had to wait out both Pence and Tejada to make sure when told of the move they wouldn't say "Hey, I'm working out of it skip, don't move me *now*!".  Time makes all things right.
