The Express are one of the most popular and well-attended teams in the minor leagues. If someone were to move a minor league team anywhere, Sugar Land or otherwise, RR would be the last choice. Also, Sugar Land is not the type of community that AAA teams reside in. AAA teams are almost always in unique major metro areas that are not quite large enough to support a major league team. Single A teams are more likely to relocate to the suburbs of a larger metro area (i.e. San Jose, Brooklyn, Dunedin, etc.).
