Sorry if Cabrera beat me to it.

This must be their response to Milton Bradley's ACL fiasco.

Oh, come on. He stopped short of killing someone, and he left a third of the starting outfield unscathed. Not too terrible.

Good luck to Jason. It's a shame that he and Mo were never able to get on track and stay there.

I was wondering how they were going to move Lane. I didn't think that there was any way that he'd make it to ST with the astros.

Good luck to Jason.

Will forever have his image burned into your memory as the guy who caught the ball that sent the Astros to their first World Series.

I'll remember his 4 big hits in the 2005 postseason: the 3 home runs and the rbi double.  Even his leadoff single in the 9th inning of Game 4 was nice, even though it didn't blossom.

Based on their results I think they call it a recycling facility

Even more so since he can't be on the playoff roster.  Assuming they get in.

One thing about this organization...they try hard to give their castoffs a charitable going away gift....

Anyone need a light hitting second baseman?

Wait a minute here, if they DL Milton Bradley, he can be replaced on the roster. Does the replacement player have to come from the 40-man set on August 31st? Dunno...

Yes.  All stories I have seen have stated that he is not eligible for the postseason.

A major leaguer can't be the PTBNL.

WAM You mean we had to give up anothe player to get the Fathers to take MoBerg? Otherwise, the Dads owe us a player for MoBerg.

It's be nice if Houston could combine the two PTBNL the Fathers owe them into one player worth a shit.

Over the course of many fruitless at bats, Jason appeared to have perfected that helpless look of impending doom that Doug Henry and Jay Powell made famous here in the late 90's.  I believe Jason one-upped them by developing an involuntary facial tick that would increase in frequency and intensity once he fell behind in a count.  However, I may be reminded that said tick did NOT make him unique among that trio....just that his was during his at bats.

Silliness aside, fare thee well, Lane.

Lane can't be PTBNL, the Astro's  must get future consideration...maybe tickets for 4 to the ZOO!!! Or maybe some fish tacos? Or some of those cool camo jerseys.

Somewhere in their system, the Pads must have two beefy guys who, if combined, would look like Prince Fielder.
